Choko Newsletter November 2009

Thanks to the very generous support of so many, we are really pleased that we have already raised over £10,000 towards the Water Project (details can be found in the blog at http://chokonewsletters.blogspot.com/ on the 2/9/09 posting). This is fantastic progress towards the $50,000 which is needed (clearly the pound equivalent keeps changing with the currency fluctuations!).

The Choko Games have ended for this season, with a few carried over to 2010. They have been great fun for all who have taken part, as well as raising over £800 towards the project.

Christmas is fast approaching so we will be selling Choko products at various functions, including the PTA Christmas Market on 20 November 2009 from 6:30 to 9.30. There will also be Choko stalls on the Forty from 10:00am to noon on Saturdays 28 November and 12 December. Special mention must be made of the notelets, including a new Cholsey range, and the Christmas Carol CD. Either the packs of five notelets or the CD would make a good Christmas gift (or you may want to keep them for yourself as your own treat!)
